Shipping

 I ship all packages USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is generally $3.00 for earrings and $4.00 for necklaces, watches, bracelets and sets.  Insurance is included on all shipped packages.  Delivery is usually made within 3-5 business days of shipping.  Combined shipping is available.

Payment Methods

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by utilizing the convenient on-line shopping cart.  We accept Visa and Mastercard.  All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Returns

We guarantee that you will be delighted with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not totally satisfied, we will gladly refund the purchase price minus shipping.  All returns must be received within 14 days of initial receipt of product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All returns must be packaged in a padded envelope or box depending on item size.  Insurance on items returned is recommended, we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.

Repairs

Great care is taken in creating my jewelry designs and each item is inspected for quality and durability.  However if an item is found to be defective, I will be happy to repair or replace it within 30 days of receipt. 

If an item you purchased on this website should break within 90 days I will repair that item for free provided all the beads and materials are returned.  If it is past the 90 days, all repairs are $1.00 per inch plus the retail cost of any bead replacement.
